We would both like to take this opportunity to express our deepest thanks to Jim Brown and his staff for all of their recent efforts involved in the sale of our home in Corona. Throughout the entire stressful process of selling our home, we always found Jim to be extremely open, honest and supremely professional in his conduct. Our situation was made particularly more difficult by the fact that the builders for our new home were less than helpful in making the acquisition process a smooth one. Jim and his staff went to extreme lengths that were well beyond what would be reasonably expected for any regular Realtor but as we discovered to our benefit, Jim Brown is no ordinary Realtor. He and his team provided us with outstanding service. Hopefully, we will not require the services of a Realtor again for some time but if that situation should arise in the future we would gladly call on Jim again for his assistance. We would definitely refer our own family and friends to Jim without hesitation. Once again, thank you Jim.

We just wanted to let you know how glad we are that we had you as our Realtor, both to sell our old house and buy the new one. Buying and selling homes can be a daunting task but you made it as painless as possible and we really appreciate that.
You were always willing to go the extra mile, from driving me around to almost every house in Corona, to bringing by so many of the papers we had to sign, to helping put on the baby's shoes. No questions have gone unanswered and our satisfaction has always been at the top of your list.
We would certainly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a Realtor. Not only are you easy to work with, being both personable and professional but every other person you recommended has been of a similar type. Richard (Pacific Foresight Home Loans), Jan (house cleaner), Sharon (Pro Group Escrow), Brad (Five Star Home Inspections) and Anthony (Western Exterminators) have all been just as easy to work with as you have been.
We couldn't have asked for an easier buying and selling process. Your optimism helped to put us at ease, as there seemed to be nothing that you felt we couldn't accomplish. We're also thankful that you have done all the "dirty" work and that you have worked with us, not just for us. Thanks again for everything. I want to thank you for handling the sale of my Mom¿s condo and working so diligently on closing the escrow. I think I shared with you that my mother had saved several flyers from local Realtors showing the Real Estate trends in her development. This was even prior to knowing she was so ill. I had selected three of those and of course the rest is history. (Just proves though, that your advertising works!) I know the good Lord led me to you and for that my family and I are grateful.
